Join us for a Community Worship Service at Buffalo Bill Days in Golden, 9:00AM (sharp) - 10:15AM.

WHAT

Each year on Sunday morning, the last day of Buffalo Bill Days, The Together Churches of Golden, in partner with the City of Golden, hold a Community Worship Service made up from a multi-denominational group of about 14 churches from Golden that each contribute in different ways to the worship service.

There's typically about 800 - 1,000 people at the worship service, with many concessionaires, passers-by, and city officials being exposed to the gospel and to some great worship!

For the last 3 years Linda and I have had the privilege of being a part of the combined Worship Team that led the worship for Buffalo Bill Days Community Worship Service.

We're hoping that once again we are privileged to be a part of the Worship Team for BBD. This is always an exciting event...what a blessing!

PURPOSE

This is a real community event and a great way to reach out and impact our community with the love , words , gospel , worship , and Spirit of our Lord , and also to show the community that there is unity in the Body of Christ !

"The overall purpose of our coming together in the park for the worship service is to witness to our unity around Christ in a tangible way and to remind God's people of the bigger picture and calling of the Together Church of Golden."

WHERE

Parfet Park, downtown Golden at 19th and Clear Creek. It's on the main stage, you can't miss it. There's parking just to the East of the park, or anywhere that you can find (they rope off 19th street from traffic).

WHAT TO BRING

It's always a very hot morning... Be sure to bring water, lawn chair or blanket, sunscreen, sunglasses, a good hat, and possibly an umbrella. Wear shorts!

WHAT TO DO AFTERWARDS

Hang out with other Golden Gatherers and Christians from the community after the Worship Service to see the various vendors and attractions. There's plenty of food concessions, craft booths, and usually a 'hot rod' car display.

Buffalo Bill Days is the largest community event all year for Golden. It consists of 4 days of events in downtown Golden, and we are privileged to be a part of it.

Make a day of it, or at least a couple of hours!
